Responsibilities
• Training, personal development and career growth in Sustainability and Environmental impact
• Front line delivery of innovative sustainability solutions on our projects
• Working in a dedicated and capable team of sustainability consultants with levels of autonomy and freedom to add ideas and creative suggestions
• Input into our business operations, resourcing and service delivery.
• Aims towards managing relationships with clients and project delivery.
• Participation in meetings / site visits to projects, client sites and operating bases
• Input into project delivery procedures, developing company protocols and setting new standards
• Keeping up to date with innovative sustainability initiatives, career professional development (CPD) and target setting
• Contributing to an enjoyable, environmentally conscious, and high-quality working culture
What we're looking for
• Graduates and individuals at the start of their career
• A degree in a relevant subject: Environment, Sustainability, Architecture, equivalent experience also considered
• A knowledge and interest in a range of sustainability issues
• Strong analytical and processing skills mixed with inter-personal and communication skills
• Attention to detail, and the ability to critique / QA written documents
• Blue sky thinkers are discretionary but a basis to be part of a creative, outgoing working environment
• Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
• Driving license and access to own vehicle (desirable)
